I can’t believe you wrote that blog, “You’re the other woman?” You shouldn’t be encouraging women to date married women at all! Instead of going into how they should handle it, you should focus more on telling them not to date these men that already have wives! Tell these women not to sleep with our husbands and find their own healthy relationships themselves.
I’m not mad but I just think you should take another approach! It’s not okay to date married men and I understand that you are trying to discourage them but you should be more firm! I know that for a fact, I don’t want one of those needy home wreckers messing with my men and I’m sure other married women feel the same~ “Upset in Ohio.”
Dear “Upset in Ohio,”
I am not encouraging women to sleep with married men. I am simply trying to show them why they shouldn’t do it…without me exactly telling them what to do.
The point is thus: I cannot control anyone’s actions nor should I try to. People are in different situations for several different reasons and I just want to address most of the issues going on with women today.
Now, being in a very serious, monopolized relationship myself, I would never think it was okay for any other woman to mess around with my man. However, I cannot simply make decisions about what to discuss based on my emotions. So, my blogs are not a personal attack at certain women but simply a discussion with all women regarding different situations and how to handle them. You’re right- Its not okay for women to sleep with married men. With this being the case, I still don’t want to judge anyone’s actions because situations are always different.
I appreciate the concern and I am very glad you were passionate enough about your beliefs to share this! I would LOVE for you to share any other concerns you may havea!
