Justin Timberlake’s Regret for the Super Bowl stunt with Janet Jackson…
Justin Timberlake has decided to publicly regret his actions back during the whole Nipplegate controversy that erupted after the “wardrobe malfunction” during he and Janet Jackson’s performance at the 2004 Super Bowl.
When asked about his biggest regret this decade, Justin told Entertainment Weekly:
“I wish I had supported Janet more (during the 2004 wardrobe malfunction Super Bowl controversy). I’m not sorry I apologized, but I wish I had been there more for Janet.”
I guess late is better than never at all, but Janet Jackson’s career took a huge hit for that stunt (and yes, it was a stunt) but Justin got off easy for basically ducking and dodging any responsibility for his actions. It would have been nice to have a united front.
Now, anyone that knows me can confirm the fact that I adore JT…infact, maybe a bit too much. However, I wanna hear your thoughts.
Is a five year apology too late or should bygones be bygones?
