Squash the idea of “Giving him some.”
We all enjoy sex…some more than others. However, I was having a conversation with a friend of mine and he was telling me about the whole idea and reference to sex. We tend to say things like “Yea, I gave him some” or “He had to work really hard to get some.” Why do we refer to sex as a gift we give to men? Hold on a sec and let me explain.
I’m not saying that its not a privilege for a man to have sex with you. I personally do not believe that we should sleep with just any man that comes along our path. And so when we sleep with a particular man, he Should feel good about it. However, as enjoyable as sex is, it goes both ways. Stop making men believe that you’re doing them a favor whenever you have sex.
This is part of the reason why they sometimes think that we’ve been “conquered” once they have sex with us. Sex is pleasurable for both men AND women and we shouldn’t be scared of letting men know this! We get horny just as much as men do and we’re both fulfilling our sexual needs when our bodies unite
